A few questions regarding the current CC guidelines vs proposed change:

1.)Do we have an idea of when or how we will go about getting a finalized decision?

2.)Since the RuleBook currently has the CC incorporated as a part of the league, will the proposed abolishment be an immediate action or a delayed by 1yr action?

3.)Has any thought been devoted toward developing an entire section of guidelines for this change? The league came as RuleBook based with guidelines, so I imagine some guidelines would need to be concreted prior to any type of vote to change.

1. I was hoping to have something by the time the '08 season started in January.

2. It was in my belief that it would be an immediate action. Since we have no current members of the CC besides the league office I felt this would be best.

3. Guidelines will be published and be contained in the rulebook.

This is only Jason speaking since I brought the idea forward. After the holidays I plan on getting with Mike and Mark to figure out the best way to do this. I hope this helps.

I'm pretty much in agreement with Jason, but the executive team will get together and hash out the details - but in the mean time proposals for changes will be accepted by the Executive team.

It is changed to the 14th. I am still hashing out the disbanding of the CC and putting together the info having the league vote on rule changes. Hopefully I can have it out by this weekend and then we can start getting some proposals to vote on.

what is Mcfagin doing in a piano bar? beating up the band kids??

Arkansas RB Darren McFadden was handcuffed by police at a piano bar Thursday after being involved in a "pretty rowdy scene."

Uh...a piano bar? A disturbance broke out shortly after midnight at the bar and had spilled into the street. The Heisman runner-up and All American was not charged with a crime and released after merely being cuffed for a few minutes because police felt he was getting "rowdy." If McFadden declares for the NFL Draft, this shouldn't adversely affect him. Jan. 10 - 12:40 pm et

LOL . . . getting rowdy, he is a Raider! But in a piano bar that sounds more like a 49er?
